Rocktop Mario 2.0

Rocktop Mario has been updated to appear more like a real video game with a host of new QoL features and balance adjustments:

• Fixed a bug in windows 10 that saw the game running at 45fps instead of 60
  
• Fixed a rare bug that removes your ability to dash
• A knocked out enemy now reflects the form it currently possesses
• Made the platforms more "viscous"
• You are now prompted if you want to continue from your highest loop
• Re-balanced some point bonuses
• Adjusted level difficulty curve
• Adjusted the secret stuff that shows up upon looping the game
• Got rid of the ugly bilinear filtering
• You can now perform a technique called "pause" by hitting escape

Since the game is actually kind of fun I thought it deserved a good polishing. I hope you think so too.
